My son didn't get a form either. We had to beg from the agency for one. When we got that and sent it in. Didn't hear anything so we checked and they didn't have any idea that we ever filled one out. Make sure you have proof they recieved.

MIDDLEVILLE, Mich. (WZZM) - A West Michigan woman says the state is threatening her with fines and possibly jail time for babysitting her neighbors' children.

New Snitch Network in Obama Health Care Bill
The Obama health care bill has a new snitch network built into it, allowing social workers to gain access to your home under the pretext of checking on your new baby, or soon-to-be-born baby. It will result in many many more children being kidnapped by Child Protective Services.

I just hope that the damage this is doing now is repairable when change does finally happen. Anyway, if you send me your story to F-A-C-S@comcast.net I can have my webmistress add it to my site.
