HELP SAVE OUR CHILDREN EVERYWHERE!!!!
We need an intervention program to get real facts in order to save all our troubled sadly confused children....These children who have needs that are not met. Each day more time to be more lost. We need to ACT before it does get worse.

- No one wants to fight everyone wants to be free and enjoy learning, being happy and be a regular family. Of course some want to do more in their lives and thats their personal wants for the. Cps has forced millions into a corner and we all won't roll over and let them easily have their way.
If we don't fight for our children then who will? It sure is not the Government nor the agency that claims to have the interest of the children?
It is the families and relatives who put there feet down and say enough. I know that not everyone has a success story but can you really be able to sit back and do nothing? The guilt would be overwhelming to any parent.
I feel guilty because I had promised my children that no one would take them and that I will and would protect them.
It is a guilt of not being able to take the abuse from my children that they are enduring from the strangers foster home...and them being kidnapped.
We all want the best for all the children because we are the parents and not some corrupt money hungry agency. We all have talked and it has been twisted around into fraud and kangaroo courts. We need to talk yes but with change and Laws to be enforced with mandates etc... I hope that you can see that this is a fight of the little guy verses the big guy. We all have to be as one and not biker among ourselves. This is what cps does. They create strife and misery among good people as they get there way of taking children and getting the money.
They can have the money but what we need is to change how the money is to be used. See if the money was to be used for reunification and family programs of such and to enforce and keep families together this problem will turn around really quickly.

I reside in Oregon....so that is why I say neighbor. I like the idea about an intervention program. Have you thought about creating a foundation of one? I would start with that and build on it. With the basics it could be a base for a program. After all the Government loves programs. Anyway....with that I think that it will have a good shot on going to your States legislature laws. But first there has to be a base a foundation and then it can be a blue print for other States. I understand that every State has BS rules on how to get a petition started and the procedure for getting the papers up in front of the State legislature for a vote and approval. I think that your idea is great. I also see that if a State starts something like this then it spreads easier to other States to except such an idea. I was planning on a change on how the rules for cps has. The "reasonable efforts" and "foster parents rights" and the most important one is having the cps be restricted to time lines on placing the children into blood relative care and investigations. I have not found any such restrictions in any thing that I have looked over. It is always very general.
